Smart Beer Mats for Faster Refills

This CNN article I found to be somewhat amusing and cool. I would love to get these things into Stewart's and Iron Hill so refills came a little faster...

WTOP ran that story locally. A local bartender said it would be annoying to have to be constantly reminded. Someone else said wait staff should be aware when people need new drinks anyway. Not sure how I feel.
